I found the whole experience a positive and fulfilling challenge. The camp has strengthened the bond with my son and has been a catalyst for positive change both in our communication and in his attitude to his responsibilities in the family. The facilitators were open, approachable, warm and professional .I felt the whole time that the facilitators were active not only in the logistics and management of a large number of people but also highly adept in ensuring the group dynamic was kept on a high whilst respecting the needs of individuals. I left not only with a young man at my side who felt valued and worthy but with a strong feeling that I had contributed to a greater good and the effects are still tangible in my thinking and decision making weeks later. The time until when my 2nd son is ready for this experience will be measured with much anticipation.
